Helping Hand Quest in Gray Zone Warfare
This guide will help you complete the Helping Hand Quest for Handshake in Gray Zone Warfare. This mission requires retrieving intel from a restaurant in the southern part of town, regardless of your faction.

Finding the Intel:
Motel as a Landmark: First, locate the big red-roofed motel building. This will be your key landmark.
Restaurant Across the Street: Look directly across the street from the motel. You’ll see a restaurant building—that’s your target!
Reaching the Intel Room:
Kitchen Staircase: Once inside the kitchen, find the stairs that lead up to the second floor.
Locked Door on the Left: On the second floor, locate a door on your left side. This door requires a special key to unlock, and the specific key depends on your faction.

Keys for Each Faction:
Mithras Security Systems
You’ll need the NT Attic Key. This key can be found in Nam Thaven, at a location marked by coordinates (170, 116) on your in-game map. Keep an eye out for buildings or landmarks in that area that might help you pinpoint the exact spot.
Crimson Shield International
Your key is called the KV Attic Key. Look for it in Kiu Vongsa at locations (141, 164). Similar to the previous faction, refer to your map and try to identify any distinguishing features around those coordinates to help you navigate.
Lamang Recovery Initiative
For this faction, the key you need is the PL Attic Key. You can find it in Pha Lang at locations (203, 163). Utilize your map again to orient yourself and search the designated area.

Tips for Obtaining the Key:
- Check Your Inventory: Before heading to the restaurant, make sure you have the specific key for your faction in your inventory.
- Defeating Enemies (Optional): If you don’t have the key, there’s a chance you might get lucky. Eliminate some AI soldiers in the area; they sometimes drop keys as loot.
Completing the mission:
- Unlocking the Door: Use the appropriate key you obtained (or found) to unlock the mysterious door on the second floor.
- Intel on a Chair: Inside the room, you’ll find the intel you’ve been tasked to retrieve. It will likely be placed on a chair for easy identification.
- Back to Handshake: With the intel secured, make your way back to your base camp and find Handshake. Speak with them to complete the mission and receive your well-deserved reward!
